We live in a generation where people are indolent and so dependent on current conveniences. We can not even be bothered anymore to push buttons on a machine to derive results. In our day and age everything is touch sensitive – no need to push the button, fair touch the hide and gather results! We also have remote controls for every type of electric gadget including light switches, music players, TV, car engines, fans and A/C and heating systems to name a few.

A share and parcel of this laziness we also do not rely on our feet to fetch us around and win us places. We rely instead on wheels. If it would be bicycle wheels or even roller blade wheels it would be grand. But it is not. We are relying on motorized wheels. Be it a motorcycle or a car, we like to hasty and efficiently glean ourselves to where we need to go with the least wretchedness possible.

From all the motorized wheels available to us, most people like their enjoy personal car best. We like the privacy and convenience of having a car at our beck and call. No longer do we like to rely on taxis, trains, buses or even a qualified hitch. We want to have a car parked upright outside in our driveway or in front of our house or apartment building, waiting patiently for the itsy-bitsy we resolve it’s time to earn employ of it. No matter the distance, be it conclude or far, intricacy or intercity, our private car gets us to where we need and want to go and at the genuine time that we want to. We rep into our car to drive down the block or around the corner. Many of us would even dig our car out of a few feet of snow unprejudiced to drive down the block and catch ourselves a newspaper or a coffee. Walking is no longer an option. It almost seems outdated and old-fashioned fashioned.

Of course this has caused many health issues to nick up. We are swamped with obesity. We are not getting the consume we should be getting to conclude healthy and fit. Along with this comes illness and diseases caused by obesity and lack of circulation in the body. Heart disease, Diabetes and Digestive issues to name a few are unbiased the tip of the iceberg when it comes to health issues caused by out lack of movement ad by our dependency on four wheels. Even when it may be faster to traipse or lift a bus due to traffic conditions or weather, we buy to sit in a car without engaging than to derive out and mosey to where we need to go. When we pull into a parking lot we immediately commence searching for the parking site closest to our region so that we should not have to lag a few extra feet to our destination.

This may seem indecent when read in the written word but buy the time to look it the next time you leave your house. Where are you going? How far is it? Can you slouch there easily? Are you looking to do the least walking possible? Park at the opposite extinguish of the parking lot from where you need to go! Don’t be inactive, see for opportunities to spend you legs as transportation. Don’t forget that if your car has less wear and slouch, it wont need as noteworthy maintenance and you wont be constantly at the car repair store buying car and auto parts to repair the hurt.
